Who this is for

You've built something worth sharing.
Now it needs to get into the right rooms.

i.

Companies with something ready to pitch

You have a script, a package, a sizzle — or a deck and a prototype — and decision makers you need to convince. Whether it's a pitch competition, an investor meeting or a market, the room won't be forgiving. The pitch needs sharpening and the right preparation changes everything.

ii.

Companies ready to scale internationally

You're past the first project. You're building a pipeline, exploring international partnerships, courting financiers, and you need a sounding board and a door-opener.

iii.

Companies looking for a long-term growth partner

Monthly support covering company strategy, business development, financing advice, and international expansion. A trusted pair of eyes across a six to twelve month horizon, or longer.

What I offer

Ways to close the gap between a great project and a financed one.

For example:

01 / Navigation

International screen market navigation

A clear map of the events that actually matter for your project. Which markets to prioritise, when to go, who to meet, and what to walk in with, so you stop spending budget on rooms that aren't yours.

Series Mania, TV Drama Vision, MIA, Marché du film, Berlinale Series Market...
02 / Pitch

Pitch coaching & delivery

Hands-on 1:1 work on the content and the delivery: story structure, positioning, the deck, and your presence in the room. From first draft to the final rehearsal.

Recently coached a company to 2nd prize & €30,000 at EIT Culture & Creativity (2025)
03 / Network

Introductions & access

Targeted, personal introductions to buyers, co-producers, commissioners, financiers and festival decision makers across Nordic and European markets.

Real connections, not just a contact list.
04 / Strategy

Strategy & financing

Hands-on advisory for company growth: overall strategy, co-production structuring, and navigating the maze of soft money, broadcasters, equity and gap financing, at company or project level.

"Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory; tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat."

Our industry runs on relationships, timing and trust. My job is to make sure your project arrives in the right place, in the right form, at the right moment, and that the people who can move it forward already know your name when you walk in.

Former CEO, Audiovisual Finland (now part of APFI)
